Stress management
Finding what works for you to relieve stress in a healthy way is an important part of staying well. We're all different, and what works for one person may not work for another.
Here are some suggestions:
- Engage in physical activity
- Find ways to use humour
- Find avenues for creative self-expression
- Learn how to meditate using deep breathing, practicing yoga, and prayer
- Spend time in nature
- Do hobbies or other pleasurable activities
- Connect to things bigger than you
- Write in a journal
